“ 去的尽管去了，来的尽管来着；去来的中间，又怎样地匆匆呢？”这是朱自清《匆匆》中的一句话，是的，当我们早晨睡懒觉时，时间轻盈地从我们的棉被上是跳过，当我们在课堂上开小差，做小动作时，时间从我们呆滞的眼前，灵活的指间溜过；当我们充分利用课余的每一分钟在尽情玩耍时，时间也在我们不知愁滋味的欢笑中离去；天黑时，我们躺在床上，他便伶伶俐俐地从我们身上跨过，从我们脚边飞去了。等我睁开眼和太阳再见，这算又溜走了一日。我掩着面叹息。但是新来的日子的影儿又开始在叹息里闪过了。
同学们，你们知道富兰克林与水手之间的故事吗？在一艘船上，富兰克林不知疲倦地在甲板上忙来忙去，引起了水手的好奇，水手不理解富兰克林为什么在应该休息的时间里忙于工作，富兰克林意味深长地说：“时间不可空过，如果你热爱生命，那就别浪费时间，因为时间是组成生命的材料！”这句话使水手恍然大悟。是呀，珍惜时间就等于珍惜生命，当你真正珍惜每一分每一秒，那就是学会热爱生命，热爱生活了。
我国有一位著名的思想家―――鲁迅，他有一句致理名言“哪里有天才，我是把别人喝咖啡的功夫都用在工作上”没错，一个人的伟大成就来自于他
对时间的珍惜，只有把握所有能够利用的时光，将自己身心融合进学海中，才能用书香把自己陶冶。

大家好！
风风雨雨，朝朝暮暮；花开花谢，潮起潮落。在不经意间，我走过了国小六年生涯。我从一个懵懂无知的孩子，长成了一个有知识的少年。我清楚地记得自己刚跨进校门时对国小生活的好奇、戴上红领巾时的兴奋、获得奖励时的喜悦、被老师批评时的懊悔和难过……有的酸，有的甜，有的苦，有的辣……构成我多姿多彩的国小生活。
在这六年的学习中，老师教会了我很多知识和做人的道理。
其间，我学会了很多成语，比如：望梅止渴、闻鸡起舞、竭泽而渔、舍本逐末……；知道了很多名言警句，比如：读书破万卷，下笔如有神、书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟……；还欣赏了很多古诗文名句，比如：独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲、明月松间照，清泉石上流、春色满园关不住，一枝红杏出墙来……。
我还学会了许多古诗，比如：《题西林壁》、《望庐山瀑布》、《舟过安仁》……。 在平时的学习中，如果遇到一些陌生的字、词，我会自觉在工具书上查找，解决疑问。妈妈还给我买了一些作文书，我有时间就去看一些好的作文，我会把一些好词好句好段写在自己的笔记本上，用来提高我的习作能力。
每次上语文课前，我都会认真预习，找出不理解的词进行查找。我还会查阅一些与课文相关的资料，拓展我的视野、增加我的知识。
在每天的早读课上，我会按照老师的要求朗读、背诵课文，古人云：?书读百遍，其义自现?。每天晚上，我都会把一天中有意义的事记在日记本上，这样不仅会让自己能回忆过去，还会提高自己的习作能力。
我印象最深的一堂课是《匆匆》。那节课，老师用多媒体讲得课，那是我们第一次用多媒体学习，让我们感觉很新奇。老师给我们生动地讲了课文里的一些重点语句，还有关于朱自清的一些资料，让我们感受到这位著名的散文家那优美的语言和复杂的心情，使我们体会到时间的珍贵。

各位领导、老师（同学们）：
大家好！今天，我演讲的题目是《珍爱生命 善待自我》 。有人说，生命是宝藏；有人说，生命是黄金。我说，生命是花，就像春天绚丽多彩的花。世界因如花的生命而精彩，可是，有的人却轻易地让生命之花过早地凋谢了。
作为学生，我们绝大部分时间都生活在学校和班级这个大家庭中。在校园这个特殊的环境里，安全就显得尤为重要。从网上调查显示，我国中国小生因交通事故、建筑物倒塌、食物中毒、溺水、治安事故、暴力犯罪等死亡，平均每天有40多人，相当于每天有一个班的学生失去他们如花的生命！从这些令人心颤的事实背后我们想到了什么呢？他们鲜活而短暂的生命又给我们提出了哪些警示呢？
或许，你会认为安全问题离我们很远，有的同学心里可能会说：“我很安全啊！没必要这样大张旗鼓地教育我吧？”其实不然。想想自身的行为，不也有许多安全隐患吗？有的同学骑电动车、电动三轮车、摩托车，有的同学甚至骑飞车，在你很拉风的同时有没有想过，如果先着地的不是车轮会怎样呢？有的同学在寝室里、在角落里偷偷吸烟、随地乱扔烟头，有的学生甚至在操场大摇大摆吸烟，难道你还真的以为会“野火烧不尽”吗？大课间有同学在操场里踢球，在你撩大脚的时候有没有想过球砸到人群里会是怎么个后果？有些同学为了少走几步路，跨越马路防护拦；看到路上车辆不多，忍不住就匆匆横穿马路。有些同学上下楼梯偏靠左边行走，教学楼内拥挤造成学生受伤，课间追逐打闹造成骨折，课堂上被铅笔头扎伤、实验过程中被烫伤、溺水身亡、学生打架斗殴以及车祸等意外事故令人防不胜防。血的教训不能再有一次，悲剧不能重演，为了预防此类事件发生，我们一定要树立安全意识，掌握一些必要的卫生知识、安全防卫知识及应急避险技能，从而提高自我保护能力。
尽管生活中有不可避免的突发灾难，让我们胆战心惊，手足无措，但通过学校组织的安全知识学习和综合实战演练等安全教育以及班主任老师的时时说安全、处处讲安全耳濡目染的熏陶下，我们能时刻牢记“安全第一”的安全意识，当危险发生时，在老师的指导下采取正确的措施，80％的伤害是可以避免的。
我们国小生正处于生理的发育阶段，心理非常单纯，最容易受到各种各样的伤害。但是，生命总是眷顾有安全意识的人，而安全意识是从日常行为中体现出来的。比如：遵纪守法，遵守交通规则，自觉抵制暴力、黄色信息和毒品，遇事要冷静，做事多想想后果，做到三思而行，同学间有了矛盾要冷静解决，不要以非对非。学会求助他人，学会躲避风险，如：遇到火灾我们不能贸然只身去救火，要及时报告大人，或拨打119报警电话；遭遇暴力（以大欺小）一定要想办法及时脱身，报告老师或拨打110电话报案，要学会拒绝别人的无理要求或不良诱惑，养成良好的生活习惯，这些知识看似很简单，但如果我们做不到，我们的健康乃至生命就可能受到威胁，我们要铭记“安全无小事，隐患就是事故”。
同学们：当你在谋划着新的一天的学习和生活时，是否想到了安全？当你在聆听奉劝时，是否想到它是用血的教训凝成的？当你对别人提醒或忠告不以为然的时候，是否想到因为一时的疏忽，一次的失误，可能会给自己带来终身忏悔，给家人造成终生痛苦！避险不是辟邪，
是需要我们加强安全意识来提高自我保护能力
