tuo years ago i came into the city of qinhuangdao and started my college life in e&a college, the most memorable journey of my life. i was just a shy and little boy that time. all the things seemed fresh to me: new faces, military training, large library and physics lab etc. i breathed the air of college greedily, but to tell the truth, the air in qinhuangdao is wonderful. it’s really hard to explain my feelings that time: curiousenergeticin one word, i was really happy that time.
and now i am going to be a junior in july. recalling to the two years, i think i have to talk about one thing-----learning. learn how to study independently, learn how to get along with others, learn to love, learn tooh, there are too much things we have to learn.

With time goes by, it becomes a bit hard for me to remember everythingabout myself at the first day of my college life. However, there was one thingfor sure that I did feel quite excited and curious about my university. Bringing with expectation, I got into Zhejiang Gongshang speaking, it's an interesting and fantastic place for us to study andlive in. Every day a series of outgoing people get into my eyesight. Curious andout of politeness, I'd talk to them heart to heart. Here I make friends with mynew classmates from everywhere around China. What's more, time and weatherpermitting, I will enjoy jogging or playing basketball with my classmates on theplayground, tired but happy. When staying in dormitory, I choose to read newsonline and sometimes watch a film for relaxing. However, a good student cannever leave his study behind. When it comes to study, hard problems never upsetme, instead they arouse me. Rather than ignoring it, I'd think carefully for awhile and ask my classmates for help.

To be honest, there are some things I don’t deal with properly. Forinstance, once I spent nearly a whole day playing computer games. The most difficult part of running an organization is managing the human resources. This is one resource which doesn't work on any principle of management, economics, psychology or any other social science! This is the most random and volatile resource which must be managed with great dexterity to reach desired organizational goals. Communication is that lubricant which keeps this resource moving throughout the organizational machinery. The salience of communication in the workplace is manifold, as it involves communication along vertical, horizontal and parallel organizational levels and such communication should always follow the hierarchy prescribed by the organization. A breach of the hierarchical channel of communication is known as a Gang Plank and should be avoided as much as possible. Communication in the workplace involves interpersonal communication between colleagues, superior and subordinate and vice versa and workplace communication skills come handy in such situations. A clear understanding of the purpose of such communication, especially if it is of a vertical nature, along with the expectations of the sender and receiver are extremely important for the ooth running of an organization.
