today i would like to talk about current environment situations which you can see all over the world. while we are pursuing better ways of lives, more problems we are also making. sometimes we only notice a unilateral aspect of the matter while ignoring its various functions. this kind of negligence, however, may cause serious problems that could be devastating.
it is said that one false move may lose the game. this is proved in our daily life obviously. as the economy is growing rapidly day after day, manufacturers are looking for more opportunities to gain numerous profit. to earn more money, one way is to decrease the cost of the products. they move their factories to developing countries which can not only benefit them much more profit than before, but also those countries welcome them since they can help increase the countries’ gdp.
while it seems we can gain a lot from building factories to produce products, the shortcomings of these buildings are becoming obvious. though at the beginning, those developing countries did gain a lot of profit. as time passes, people living surround the factories deposit industrial waste into the river which directly leads to the influence of human’s lives. fish died, birds disappeared, people moved, and we couldn’t imagine what would come next. these industries also use lots of resources to carry on their production. large amounts of carbon dioxide are discharged, we all know the consequence of that, global warming—as one of the most essential environmental problems in the world, is becoming more and more serious currently. that the local government ignored was that these factories damaged their environment without any punishment but reception! they didn’t notice the negative aspect on this investment. what a pity!
in summary, nowadays, businessmen are destroying our motherland—earth for themselves. what should we do in this situation? ignore them or try to take some actions on it? i believe all of us will choose the latter, right? so just do it, nothing is impossible.

春回大地，生机盎然。在全国经济保持快速增长，人民生活水平不断提高，改革开放和现代化建设取得令人目瞩目成就的大好形势下，我们又迎来了第九个全国税收宣传月。这是税务系统盛大的节日，为国聚财，无私奉献，豪气冲霄汉；这是广大纳税人喜庆的日子，纳税光荣，爱国表现，赤忱映日月；这是全社会共同的节日，税收带来祖国美，税收连着你我他。
今天，我们共和国的建设者，再度相逢、相聚，共叙税收——一个春天的话题。
踏着共和国前进的步伐，祖国的税收事业已经走过了50个年头。忆往昔峥嵘岁月，共和国几番风雨，几多曲折，看今朝国富民强、内政外交，昂然于世界之林，真可谓五十年跨越，五十年奇迹，五十年辉煌！
五十年间，税收作为共和国的血脉，它始终与祖国同呼吸，共命运，忠实恪守着自己的职责，为国家的改革、建设和发展提供了充足的资金保障。五十年间，全国税收收入累计完成79000亿元，年平均增长12.8%。1950年全国税收收入只有26.3亿元，1999年则超越了1万亿元，是1950年的392倍。这亿万的财源，凝聚了全国 万纳税户的无以计数的劳动，凝聚了100万税务干部的无怨无悔的奉献。
税收之路，从来就充满艰辛和坎坷。从1954年新中国第一部宪法明文规定“中华人民共和国公民有依法纳税的义务”，一直到80年代，在老百姓的眼里，税收是与个人无关的事；在理论界，非税论长期占据统治地位；在政府部门，税与利、税与费依然混为一谈。
改革开放的春风给祖国带来了勃勃生机，1992年党中央确定经济体制改革的目标为“建立社会主义市场经济”，在不断的深化改革中，税收倍受重视，在党中央、国务院采取的一系列重大改革措施中，财税改革首当其冲。税收维系国计民生，税收关系千家万户，因此，通过宣传教育，提高公民纳税意识，培育与市场经济相适应的税收观成为时代迫切要求。从90年代初国家税务局与全国总工会、共青团中央、全国妇联联合开展的全国税收宣传教育活动，到1992年开始的一年一度的税收宣传月活动，特别是随着新税制的实施、征管改革的全面推进，“税收与改革”、“税收与法制”、“税收征管与市场经济”、“税收与文明”、“依法治国与依法治税”等宣传主题的相继提出，税收宣传一年比一年广泛、深入，一年比一年扎实、有效。今天，税收已经走进了千家万户，人们不但想弄清依法纳税的大道理，还要通过税收宣传了解怎样纳税、纳多少税。纳税人已经把掌握税收知识当成了自己的事，“纳税光荣，偷税犯法”已成为人们共识。据报道，去年4月1日，安徽省合肥市地税局在市内设立了8个人所得税咨询点，一天就接待咨询者7000余人；在深圳，介绍税收知识的书籍成为畅销书，一度供不应求；而湖南省常宁市的23个乡镇705个村，全部办起了税法夜学，学员的考试成绩成为评选“文明村民”的依据；在北国边陲的乌苏里江畔，习惯了渔猎生活的赫哲族人，如今开始了纳税。这是沧海桑田的变化，这是历史的抉择，这是时代的潮流！
历史驻足1998年，这一年是那样的不平凡。这一年，我们祖国遭遇了百年不遇的洪灾；这一年，朱 基总理把新一届政府的施政纲领确定为“一个确保、三个到位、五项改革”；这一年，东南亚金融危机进一步蔓延、进一步加深，世界瞩目中国，全球聚瞧中国。
这是实力的挑战，这是严峻的考验！党中央、国务院果断作出了增加投资、扩大内需、开拓国内外市场、保持人民币汇率稳定以及承诺人民币不贬值等重要决策。国务院要求全国税务系统确保工商税收比上年增收1000亿元，以支持积极财政政策的需要。
这一年，全国百万税务大军坚决贯彻了国务院领导提出的“加强征管、堵塞漏洞、惩治腐败、清缴欠税”的工作方针，紧紧依靠各级党政领导和有关部门的支持配合，发扬“铁石心肠、铁面无私、铁的手腕、铁的的纪律”的“四铁”精神，想尽一切办法，采取一切措施，克服一切困难，全力赴组织税收收入。这一年，全国有多少省市的基层税务干部，从6月份起，就没有了周末礼拜，没有了节假日，多少税务部门领导蹲点在基层、在企业，亲临税收征管一线组织收入。为完成任务，税务干部付出的还不仅仅是辛劳和汗水，更是鲜血和生命。贵州省玉屏县国税干部李全民在对欠税人依法采取强制措施时，被犯罪分子用刀刺死，壮烈牺牲。他们的血流汗没有白流，这一年，全国实现工商税收8552亿元，比上年增收1003亿元，圆满完成了党中央、国务院交给我们的光荣任务，朱容基总理在给全体税务工作者致信中说：“你们在十分困难的客观条件下，依靠加强征管、堵塞漏洞，征治腐败，清缴欠税，胜利完成国务院提出的工商税收比上年增收1000亿元的目标，成绩来之不易，谨表示祝贺和衷心的感谢！”1999年，全国税务干部继续沿着“十六字”税收工作方针和“四铁”精神，组织税收突破1万亿元大关，超任务1千多亿元，为共和国50周年大庆和澳门回归献上了一份厚礼，朱容基总理、李岚清副总理再次发来了贺信。全国税务干部为之欢心鼓舞。
成绩的确来之不易，光荣也蕴含着凝重的心血。这成绩来自基层，这光荣更属于基层。因为有了基层千千万万个遍布大江南北的税务人员，因为有了这些税务人员辛勤劳动，点点滴滴的税款才能万涓成河，大大小小的税款才能积沙成塔。在共和国的税收史上，铭刻着这样的一些名字：王振举、袁庭钰、廖太洪……。他们来自基层，他们来自普通的税务干部。他们用自己的一言一行树立了人民税务员的光辉榜样，他们是共和国税收的脊梁。尽管没有惊天动地的壮举，也没有曲折离奇的故事，但他们敬业爱岗、无私奉献、奋斗进取，矢志追求的崇高精神，却同样震撼着人们的心灵。
只有走近他们，我们才会知道什么是乐观、向上的人生境界和敬业、奉献的价值观；
只有走近他们，我们才会懂得什么是忠于职守、公而忘私的品格；
只有走近他们，我们才会明白什么是一丝不苟、兢兢业业的工作态度。

爱国是一个人对自己祖国的一种诚挚的热爱和深厚的情感，是一个人最原始的感情之一。但作为一个涉世不深的我，一直认为爱国是高不可攀也是比较渺茫的事。最近，我读了《民族英雄郑成功》一书，对爱国之情有了深刻的感悟。
千百年来，中华民族之所以能在波诡云谲的时代浪潮中扬帆前进，经历历史沧桑而立于世界民族之林，就是因为有这么一种坚如磐石的爱国主义情感和信念作为民族思想支柱，正是它成为祖国发展腾飞的不竭动力。在历史长河中，涌现出了许许多多可歌可泣的爱国英豪，有虎门硝烟的爱国将领林则徐;有舍身炸碉堡的解放军战士董存瑞;有征服体育界一举夺得六枚金牌被誉为“体操王子”的李宁;有“杂交水稻之父”袁隆平，他们都是最可爱的人，是我们学习的榜样。我们应该为拥有这样的先辈而感到光荣、自豪和骄傲。但我们不能安于现状，而是要不断的发扬爱岗敬业的优良传统，励精图治，与时俱进，在充满机遇和挑战的企业大环境里，铸造出与企业共有的一片辉煌。
爱国的体现来自于必胜的决心和恒心。当年郑成功就破釜沉舟，昭告百姓：“如果不收复台湾，就不回来见父老乡亲。”在攻打台湾城的过程中，他遇到了不少困难，但他凭着那种永不放弃、永不退缩的信念，把它一一都克服了。
爱国的行动来自于情感的无私和无畏。为了“反清复明”郑成功不惜“杀父报国”。为了早日把荷兰军队赶出台湾，他顾全大局毅然离开了妻子和儿子。为了让台湾回到祖国的怀抱，他大公无私，拒收荷军总督的贿赂，与荷军斗争到底。
虽然如今的社会是一个和平的社会。但是爱国的情感仍然可以在平时我们每个人的身上体现，也可以通过每件事当中体现。我们要从小树立一个爱国的思想，努力学习，掌握本领。自信自强，无私无畏。只有这样，长大了才能为祖国的繁荣富强，贡献出自己的力量!
所谓“爱国”，顾名思义，就是热爱自己的国家。中华五千年的历史中，确实有很多的爱国志士,就说一代名将岳飞吧!从小就在背上刺了“精忠报国”的字样，为了宋朝的大好河山立了不少的汗马功劳。又说中国的开国功臣周恩来总理，从读书时就立下誓言“为中华之崛起而读书”。爱国志士多各朝各代的奸臣、奸雄也不少。像与岳飞同时期的奸臣秦桧，祸国殃民，还害死了岳飞，遭后人唾骂，遗臭万年。还有一代奸雄的国民党首领蒋介石，不帮助*******一致对付小日本，反而与自家人窝里反。被打败后夹着尾巴逃到台湾，导致了现在的中国无法使领土完整。
“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”这句话是南宋时期的民-主英雄和爱国诗人文天祥说的。北宋政治家范仲淹也说过：“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”。可现代人都不屑什么爱国不爱国的，都本着“事不关己，己不为人”的错误观念，认为只要认真赚钱，只要有钱了，自己就能过上好日子了。却不知，如果国家不安定，天天与别国械斗，今天被别国的原子弹打掉了大-片地区，明天又要用氢弹去打别国，然后后天又被打……这样反反复复地打来打去，个人能有安宁吗?
我曾在一篇文章上看到过这样一个故事：在一条人来人往的大街上，有一团纸屑就沃在了那垃圾桶旁边，过往的人群们纷纷从它身上跨过，……就这样，它在那里呆了好久好久，直到有一个乡下的少年来到了这条街，看到了着团纸，第一眼就把它捡了起来……那只是一个简单而又朴实的一个动作，却饱含了深刻无比的爱国之情，难道我们这些所谓的现代人就不如一个乡下少年吗???
都说国家、国家没有国何来家，没有爱国又何来爱家，让我们行动起来吧，不是要我们去做什么舍生取义、为国捐躯的爱国烈士。让我们从身边的小事做起，为我们的祖国更加繁荣昌盛，成为世界大国做出一点点的贡献吧!我们有权利，更有这个义务去做这件事，相信祖国的明天会更好，也相信自己一定能做到，加油吧!
